From 2017 to 2018, Nanhai District, in collaboration with the China National Institute of Standardization and the National Hydrogen Energy Standardization Technical Committee, successfully hosted two National Hydrogen Energy Week events. From 2019 to 2021, Nanhai District and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) successfully hosted three UNDP Hydrogen Energy Industry Conferences. From 2022 to 2024, the Guangdong Provincial People's Government and the China Center for International Economic Exchanges jointly hosted the China Hydrogen Energy Industry Conference in Nanhai District, becoming a benchmark for the industry market. The China Hydrogen Energy Industry Conference, dedicated to building a broader platform for communication and cooperation, boasts rich content and numerous themed forums, and has a significant influence on the domestic hydrogen energy and fuel cell industries.

  As an important part of the concurrent activities of the conference, the 9th China (Foshan) International Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Technology and Products Exhibition (CHFE2025) will cover hydrogen energy infrastructure, fuel cells, core components, materials, fuel cell vehicle manufacturing, industrial cooperation, as well as hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and hydrogen utilization, providing hydrogen energy professionals with a more meaningful, creative, and high-quality annual industry event.
